Hello everyone,

I have been studying the theory of IM for the last 6 months.
I have learn a lot in theory, now is time to get into practice.

Destination is still unknown but I am sure I will enjoy the ride.

The most important I have learned about IM (in theory) after spending countless hours daily reading IM forums posts and other IM blogs is that you have to treat IM like a business if you want to succeed.

So like every business you have to invest.
Today I have made my first investment for the foundations of this business.

  1. I got hosting (10 IPs) paid for 6 months
  2. Got some tools GSA SER, scrapebox, Captcha Breaker
  3. Subscriped to Intexification
  4. WAC
  5. A VPS
  6. Keyword researcher
  7. 10 private proxies
  8. A free version of keyword travis
  9. I also plan to buy 5-10 expired domain with PR in the next few days

I thing I am close to -$500
Some people will think I am crazy spending all that money upfront but I have my own way of thinking and doing things.

I will start with keyword research and try to make my first revenue with CPA/SEO (don't want to get into video, it saturates very fast, a lot of competition and very high maintenance project).
Also I will not go after cracks, cheats serial numbers and software for the same reasons, allow me to keep the niche private for now.

I will try to document everything I will be doing and
update this thread every time I am completing a step or have a question.

I will positively accept all criticism, advises and questions.

Thank You

Good luck! I can't believe you've studied for 6 months and retained all of the information to this day, and didn't have the urge to just dive in and start earning. I subscribed to the thread, seems like it'll be an interesting journey.

I assume you're going to be doing all of the work yourself instead of outsourcing, that should be something you document.

I might go ahead and follow along and start using your techniques myself if it seems promising. I haven't been trying to make anything online lately. lol Just a lot of coding.

All the best, tAG.

It seems you know what you do. Good luck!
Keep us updated please. Sub'd.

Day 1

I did a lot of keyword research today. This new interface on Google keyword tool made me dizzy.
I finalize what my niche will be and I have registered a generic domain. Waiting for the hosting company to assign it to an IP.

I started with a 7k keyword list and filter it down to 326, I am evaluating the competition right now.

Today I will try to look for some expired/aged domains with PR to buy.

Question 1: Which CPA networks you think I should apply for?
Question 2: What should I use as a link locker? (free/paid)

Invest:$11
Revenue: $0
Total: -$511

I am using PeerFly and very happy about that.
You can use AdWorkMedia to lock links.

I think i got lucky, i have been accepted in adworkmedia 40 minutes after i applied!!!

Maybe that is a good sign for a newbie.

OP, I'm not sure why you are buying all that. Do you have a specific plan?

I would like to treat this as a business.
I am trying to collect everything that I have been advised can give you the advantage in SEO.

To be honest is a gamble, I might succeed I may not.(all the info i have so far is just theory)
This is a journey to knowledge, trial and error and eventually success.

I know the tools alone cannot get me there but it makes me more confident that i am on hold of the correct weapons
while walking into the battlefield.

Any advice on a plan is very welcome.

Thank You
