Should I be concern about this message from godaddy ?

I purchased a domain from godaddy , I used my sister's credit card to purchase this domain but I got and email

is this normal when you purchase using credit card ? I can submit what they want but not now since my sister is not here , they say that if I failed to submit it they will cancel my order , but I already pointed the domain to my hosting . Will they terminate my domain name that I purchased?

I think you logged in from a different living address from where you signed up for godaddy thats why they send this message.

I once asked for verification, but not the same email as yours. I just tell themthe registered name and address was from one of my clients and i using my personal CC to buy the domain for them to save the hassle. Of coz i did provide the ddocuments they needed, which is mine of coz.

Yes, they can do that, in fact they have already outlined in the email that this is the proceedure they are going to follow.

If you can supply / fulfill the request / satisfy their conditions of sale etc.., do it asap.
if you cannot do it, then simply open a new Godaddy account WITH YOUR SISTERS NAME ETC...
and repeat the purchase process... then one of 2 things will happen...
a). you will have it reg'd in your sisters name > no more issues
OR
b). wait the specified time (48 hours max.) then delete it from your account and IMMEDIATELY buy it in your sisters account.

just be careful in the timing of it all, so that it doesnt get into a bullshit time frame of
dropped vs already resistered vs not available at this time vs some other Bs that GD will throw at you.

If it is a "percieved valuable domain", GD has their own people registering it and you may loose out,
they are reknowned ba*stards for doing such things.

OP you are Godaddy lover what happen now ? i dont know much but i think they will terminate your domain. The reason i m saying this is because their support fucking crap and dont let your issue go to offline staff they are dickheads

if they terminate my domain I will follow what goalline says anyway if I get the refund in my sisters credit card I will re-buy the new domain name with my new godaddy account in my sisters name .. If the .com domain is unavailable I will go for .net

Yes, they will cancel the order, Instead u can provide all the scanned document copies of your sister. This is due to name mismatch if u use your name and email for login godaddy and in cc different name, they will lock you from updating the hosting also.

It happened to me when i used my brother CC and after i submitted all my brothers document they unlocked the account after 3 days

I think it's part of their SOP. I got the same exact email with my recent purchase after I used my other verified Paypal which has the same name. Nothing is really serious if you just provide them what was stated as a requirement.
