Yes rankwyz has been terrible the past fews days while i just moved from FCS to rankwyz. Waiting to see how it goes. But so far posting has been a mess , i've had no post submited for like 3 or 4 days when i've setup 1 post / week / blog.
Sadly ,support is awfull aswell and i still have no answer to most of my question. Bad service during a few days is understandable if there is communication or annoucement.
You should reallly invest money in your support , currently it's extremely slow. While when i was asking about how to move my account from FCS to rankwyz i got an answer from you within a day.
Currently i'm just glad it's on monthly fee and that i didn't paid lifetime for this...
we definitely have lots to improve especially in customer support. I did several attempts to hire and train support staff, but our system is so specific and changing rapidly, I found that it was highly ineffective, because even after extensive training 90% requests were ended up with developers. I don't pretend we have a "customer support department" (anyone can see we don't have marketing specialist either
Regarding posting and/or other problems - we are still in very active development and pretty much every day some changes going up to the server. Would RankWyz be just a web2 poster we def would be long time done and system be solid stable, but we keep adding more and more features - more content gen options (some with very complex algo and very resource intensive), social bookmarking and now actively experimenting with so called "social signals" - we made good progress with twitter and promising results with g+. We don't have anyone to use as a model to copy and we move with trial and error; one of these changes caused yesterday problem with posting and with the volume of posting we have develop huge backlog very rapidly. I'm absolutely positive though that when we release social part of the system many our users will be happy they have been patient while we were ironing out problems.
PS. we don't have lifetime licence and don't think ever will. it works either when developers are trying to get first few users and get the word out or when developer doesn't believe that users will stick long enough - neither of that is our case IMO.
