How do you guys deal with the ass pain that comes from sitting at your computer for hours at a time? I've been at work for 9 hours and I think it's peeling off.

Seriously though, this is actually prohibiting me from being more productive. Does my chair just suck? Do I need butt exercises? I need my booty for more than just work guys. How will I realize my dream of being a male model if it falls off? Where will they put the tips?

Really, this is actually a pain in the ass. I know I'm going to be mocked for this post, butt hopefully someone will help me.

I hope you aren't being a 'Smartass Susan' here.

You definitely gotta work that ass out. Make it sing, man.

This is my plan I go by..
Day1. Wake up, Eat, Work, Masturbate, Work, Eat, Masturbate, Sleep.
Day2. Wakeup, Eat, Masturbate, Work, Have sex with ole ladie (to keep her happy of course), Work, Sleep.
Repeat
Gotta take breaks man lol

I don't sit down all day because I'm moving around a lot at school, but if you go outside and run/walk around every other hour, you'll be fine. People who sit at cubicles have the same problem, just take a walk around. :)

I get up, workout a bit then back to work for another hour.

Sometimes i get up and get something eat. just gotta stay active and work for small periods of time (work 50 minutes, then take a 10 min break)

Thanks, jokes aside this is actually a problem. Got a 8-5 desk job that doesn't allow a lot of moving around. Great xp butt obvious drawbacks.

Guess I just need to make more excuses to get up and walk around and get a better chair.

Tbh kind of surprised I didn't get a temp ban just for the awful jokes

I think you're doing it wrong. Sure it's only a chair you're sitting on?

>.> pretty sure. I guess I could be doing sleep-horrible-things-to-myself, or maybe it's misplaced pain from a malignant tumor in my spleen. Most likely, though, I have a web-junkie's behind.

I looked once and the chair seemed devoid of butt-spikes and other harmfuls. They're sneaky though.

Get a stand-up desk and your back problems will go away. Just make sure your monitor is at the same eye level or your neck would suffer greatly.

are you seriously sitting still for 9 hours? lol wth, just go take some time to stretch now and then

Same here but I make sure to get up at least once an hour. Besides physically being better for you it helps you out mentally for the job.
