still waiting on this order
I made an order, received the report and it`s been 7 days since. I checked with Majestic SEO and it seems that almost all backlinks are NoFollow. Did anyone check and experience the same result? Communication was great and Matt seems like a good guy so I wonder if we can sort this out.

The majority of them are nofollow. There are indeed d00ll0w links in the mix, but a majority are nofollow. Nofollow links of course do not pass page rank, but they do help you with your rank in the search engines. Most people are interested in increasing their SERP. If your only goal is to get PR with no care about increasing your rank in search then nofollow links will not help you. Its normal and natural to get nofollow links.
