Ok, i dabbled into this for a while and here are my observations.
First off, to get past the "Facebook post url that you are trying to add is invalid, is not public or visible only for logged FB users. Or it contains permalink" you need to post something on a PUBLIC PAGE and not a personal page(like a public figure page). After you post, you open the post separately and use "get link" on the right to get the URL for AMF. Here's the important bit: Make sure you LIKE the picture post yourself before you put it up in AMF. Also don't put links in it, you just put a picture with text. After you add it as a campaign in AMF you edit it and put in the link.
Secondly, i tried this method and out of 1000 likes, 3 people clicked, none downloaded so I'll stop wasting points now. But hey, maybe it'll work for you. Maybe they don't like my banner, who knows? Good luck!
