we had issues with geo views and it was fixed now. we are not always 3 days late. Read our tat which says 72 hours (you placed order on 20/08/2013). Views already rolling in. But amount refunded along with views. if you find geo targeted high retention views cheaper than this, you can very well buy it, Thanks.
