GoDaddy Scam (Never buy anthing from these scammers)

I have buy godaddy auction membership and bid on .us domain i won that domain but when ask on BHW, few members tell me that i m not eligible for buying .us domain because i m Indian . Then i ask godaddy support regard this and they say "only us citizen can buy .us domain and you need not to make purchase of this domain." And after 24 hours they suspend my account saying Payment fail so your account suspended i try to contact them but they are giving excuses and simple cheating, they are asking me to pay fee to restore account , i know its small amount but its not fair. Their support is crap , stupid staff members when ever i send email to them regarding issue a new guy reply my email which don't have knowledge about this issue.

IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR MONEY DONT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GODADDY (SCAM) !

Why did you ask them? Just confirm at the end that you are US citizen or live in US, that's it.
I got a couple of .us domains and never had any problems.

GoDaddy is a bad company, they steal domains whenever they feel like it. Just google "GoDaddy steals domain" or "GoDaddy scam" and you'll see millions of results. That's why I skip them.

They didn't scam you. You are just being dumb. If you want to buy a domain that is only available in the US, use a US VPN and fake the whois info. Simple as that.

That's true but that's the only way. And I'm not favoring Godaddy at all. I hate that company with a burning passion. Try Register or Namecheap and see if it works out better.

Unreasonable ban and then asking money to restore account is a scam itself. Just becoz they have something in the small fine prints, does not make them a saint. Either they stick to the decision of banning the member for whatever reason or refrain for asking money for restoration because the domain won;t be released to the op anyways...

That being said, we will only know one side of the story and we all know that Godaddy isn;t really a scam but just like other big companies they can get a bit shady on the pretext of unnoticeable or hardly read fine prints and still get away.

and namecheap support has been always supreme
i have .us domains and i dont live in the us
hope u can solve this

I see people bitch about Godaddy all the time...but I have never had an issue with them. Anything I have ever needed they do...and several times they have jumped through hoops to make me happy.
