Why i have to wait 21 days after i been payed? After these 21 days the money is mine?

Hey! Please don't worry! It is normal for paypal to hold your money for 21 days because you are a new seller. Make sure you add your tracking and they should release the money sooner then 21 days as well. After about 90 days of selling and adding tracking they will take that hold off your paypal for good.

They do this for fraud protection which makes sense if you think about it. They don't want someone selling some bogus item, and then running off with the money!

I signup into the ebay affiliate network and received their confirmation letter. However, all of the programs (ie Ebay US, etc.) have the status of "Declined", what to do?

I am operating a eBay business using a close friends identity (with their permission, of course!). This is a relatively new arrangement and the accounts are less than 3 months old with not-so-good selling limits. I opened 3 eBay accounts under the same name to try to get around this. Let us call them accounts 1, 2 and 3 respectively.

Anyway, something triggered an account review on account 3 and the account was suspended. I contacted eBay via email to try to have the suspension lifted and they asked for ID verification, which was promptly provided. Despite eBay advising that the appeal would take 24 - 72 hours, it has now been a little over 2 weeks and no response from eBay.

The other two accounts seem fine, but I have not listed any items on them as of yet for fear of them being suspended as linked accounts.

My question is, should I contact eBay again in regards to account 3 or should I just go merrily on my way and use accounts 1 and 2 and hope for the best?

I feel as though since eBay has not even looked at the appeal it may be better to let sleeping dogs lie and not worry about following it up. None of these accounts have any great value as their selling limits are somewhat pathetic. I just don't want to get all 3 banned so that I have to start all over again... again!

New Problem.

I have been asked for ID for paypal.

I have sorted this once before, through photoshop.

My question is, can I use the same UK driving license but change the name DOB again.

Essentially the only two items that will be the same are the driving license number and the photo. I could change the driving license number too.

So only the picture.

Also I would just recommend using a private proxy instead of a VPN, you will save some money with just using a private proxy, but whichever is fine though. I have used tons of proxies companies but I have not used to many VPN companies. I cant really recommend any because I have only used around 2-3 companies before for VPN

What do you use to verify location on paypal? LOCATION request have become a large issue and tracfones will not work for location verifications at all.

So what do you use when paypal request the phone call to confirm your location? Please do not answer gv or tracfone as they is for ebay, this is about paypal location only!!

i wanted to start reselling business on ebay and searched lots and lots of wholesale sites to find some cheap products to sell on ebay, but failed because everything was already there on ebay, can u give me some advice or some sources where i can find some products which i can sell on ebay?

Lowest price doesn't always win. 90% of everything I have sold on e b a y is top 2 or 3 for the most expensive. I believe algos are set to give most sellers a chance. I find selling same items at different prices on 20+ stealth accounts and they all seem to sell about the same amounts. In fact I know peeps who sell other eba y sellers items and double the prices (resell on e b ay). I even have connections now to get great prices but I prefer to sell higher prices... lower profit margins don't seem to bring enough money to warrant a reduction of prices for me.

Are you referring to when removing a limitation?

Or to verify address on the account. There are other ways besides just phone location.

If it's just for verifying address you use an AVS VCC.

If it's for a limitation, a scanned utility bill will work.

I have been on ebay since 98 and stealth for almost 10 years. I've never had a situation where because I didn't have a land line they wouldn't reinstate an account.

So please let me know what else you're referring to. I've used soley tracfones and paypal has called in no problem. I have a business account that cycles over 10k a week on it no problem so not sure exactly where the issues lies.

Lately paypal has been asking you to confirm your location by using a landline or regular carrier phone just for even trying to withdraw or send money. It has been happening a lot lately and tracfones or prepaids will not work for confirming location.
Not limited, no any issues, this is happening with a good account when you withdraw or send.
Guess some of you have not had this happen yet is why no one has the answer.
I can call in with a tracfone also but this is only for confirming location only and a tracfone will not work for this "confirm your location".
