I don't think Twitter will allow to post the same tweet even twice a day. You have to spin it to 24 versions.

i used postcron for a bit you can only have 10 scheduled tweets at a time but its relatively easy to use

Socialoomph won't do it, you can schedule it to auto tweet but Twitter will reject the duplicate tweet.

TweetAdder works well. Just leave it running on a VPS or something. Make some variations to your wording and you should be set.

Just about any BOT, custom or commercial can do that. It isn't all too hard to do it with iMacros either.
