Ok guys. I have read different journeys/guides and I am not entirely sure how to juice up my buffer pages. I read that the best way is guest commenting blogs. The ones that auto approve your comment. So can someone give me info where can I get those? Or where can I find them easy? Any other link juicing techniques will be highly appreciated!! Thank you in advance!

Link juicing = building links to your existing backlinks = tiered link building. Matthew Woodward (google him up) have an excellent tutorial on that.
I know what Link juicing means and I watched that guy's tuts but he uses paid software with prices like $347 and stuff like that which I can't take. I did take note of the things he said but I am still at ground zero of how to do my Tier 2 and Tier 3 links manually without having to use any fiverr gigs or expensive software.
My vote goes to tiered link building.
I don't want to waste money, so yes. It is my first ever try in SEO and I don't want to throw money in the air without even knowing what I am doing. If I do that every time I am not doing any SEO at all. I am just paying for others to do it for me.

The very best links to get in my book is from government and educational sites. Real links from resource pages, not some government blog page. These links are very valuable and have extremely high domain and page authority plus trust rank. These are the links I specialize in and recommend to any prospect client.
You can't do tiered link building without automation. If you want to do it yourself, you need to invest in yourself. If you don't want to pay for a program, and aren't willing to spend at least $5-25 for a keyword through Fiverr, then you literally won't be doing tiered SEO backlinking at all.
Look into .edu .gov backlinking as mentioned above. You're going to have to focus solely on high Page Authority and Domain Authority back links, and go for quality and not quantity. You'll struggle doing this without a program quite frankly though, because as mentioned previously, any auto approved opportunities you might eventually find that have a higher page authority are already going to be spammed to death.
Not to mention every step of the pyramid will likely get removed faster than the one before it.
Either way OP, if you can't afford to invest in a good automation program, or aren't certain of your abilities because you're new to SEO (you have to start some time and some where, otherwise every you read will be outdated and you'll never have taken any action), focus on finding high quality back links, because you won't be able to create a pyramid of 1000's of links from 100's of accounts, despite your time management, willingness and organizational skills.
You'll get a far better pay off with that time spent attempting it by putting it towards searching for high quality links by presenting intelligent emails to have you linked by a webmaster, guest blogging, or finding good pages to comment on with low out bound links.

I was like you, I paid for my links on tier 1 blogs. Trust me, your burning your money in the long run. If you want to do SEO right then your going to have to spend some hard earned cash on some tools. My chick got pisst off at me because I bought scrapebox with my affiliate paycheck. However, the amount of things I could do with Scrapebox made my SEO operation much easier and much more powerful. If you want to do SEO the right way then your going to have to shell out some money. In the end the software will pay it self off.
Right now you have no software. So you can only do things manually...
If you buy lets say Scrapebox and GSA seranker then you would be able to harvest your own website lists, harvest anan proxies, and create tier 2/3/4 backlinks. Now take it a step further and just download SpinnerChief 2's free edition you would have unique content (if you multi nest).
So my conclusion is you can spend far less time on creating manual backlinks and much more time spinning content if you purchase some good tools.
