Youtube - Google Video Rankings vs SERPs

Hey all-

I've been pretty successful w/ getting some nice videos ranked well in the Google SERPs in the past but am struggling right now. But here's the catch: If I Google my phrase (ie. watch flintstones cartoons online), the video doesn't show up in the SERPS BUT it is #1 if you click on the Video subtitle on Google. It always ranks 1 or 2 on Youtube but that doesn't matter as we all know (for certain niches).

My question is: Why? How? What's the best way to fix this? I've used some Fiverr gigs recomended here for social bumps but nothing so far.

I did that Zuuuu. I use Viralsocials for retention views and have many many more views than some of these spammy POS videos ahead of me. I have optimized all parts of the video (upload name, description, title, etc etc) but no dice. Now, some of my videos are doing fine but others, well, its just frustrating to see videos with 10 views outrankings my videos with many many more.

Have you created any backlinks for the video? Youtube will rank on SERP but you need some quality backlinks for it.
Best way to do is write some articles and post it to web 2.0 properties or you can create some Link Pyramid. One link pyramid will also help for this.
