Give it two or three years to establish yourself on BHW, then earn your way up the ladder.

Being a mod on a forum of around 500,000 members is no easy task.
You need to be dedicated (and a touch of craziness helps too).

Hi Wiz, maybe you can post a thread of your journey of becoming a mod too many journey on adsense, ppd, youtube ranking stuffs around here, a new type of journey will be good for reading

One doesn't "become" staff. You have to first hang around all the while "doing dirt". Next you have to undergo a rigorous 13 week bootcamp followed by a written and oral examination. Once you complete that stage successfully you have to endure a 13 minute jump in by the other staff member. Only then can you become a mod and wear the BHW STAFF flag.

I passed every single part of this except when they jumped me.. Some of the mods can actually fight. They must of done some seo work for an ufc fighter.

Maybe someday . . . but there is no ONE PATH to becoming a Mod.
