Check out some tutorials on youtube to get an idea of how to use it, and then you can ask specific questions about what kind of campaign would be best for you based on your knowledge of what you are wanting to do with the site.

You'd probably want to just buy a fresher list off someone, rather than asking anyone to provide one for free, as it would become saturated quicker if they just posted something they had paid for.

If you look into a program called Scrapebox (I think it's $50ish) you can create your own brand new lists.

For Magic Submitter tutorials no. I would suggest looking into tiered back linking (buffering your site, and using automation software for tiers 2-4). There is one fairly recent "blueprint" you can search for in BHW, it was posted by a previous member Kimi.

It will give you a general understanding of how the linking, and why, and the benefits of it as opposed to just creating backlinks to your main site.

For new website i will recommend only high pr backlinks and high PR bookmarks and High PR Web 2.0 blogs are good thing in Magic submitter to help you. Rest concentrate on Tiered link building instead of using 100s of PR ZERO domain names backlinking to your domain name directly which can create problem of unnatural links for you...

You'll have to grab the tier2 links from the links manager. If you want to run the same campaign using those links you can clear the dependencies in the campaign manager and edit your Money Site to be the Tier 2 links. Otherwise, just use those links in a new campaign.

As far as your original question, I think the best way to use MS is to program in platforms/sites that aren't included out of the box. You can do A LOT.
