Got the report today. The links I got contain an awful lot of 404's and high OBL. If that's not enough, the anchor texts, which contain foreign language words, were not used, but were replaced with generic english anchor texts. That's a no go!!! Not satisfied at all and will not order again.

First of all, thanks for giving our service a try.
As for the 404 issue you mentioned, we over deliver on links to compensate for the ones that do not stick.
As for the high OBL issue you mentioned, we cannot offer low OBL blog comments at the prices we provide, as high PR 30 low OBL links would already cost more than the total cost of this service.
As for your issue with the foreign keyword, a single one of your keywords was not recognized by the software we use. We don't have control over this, but we are more than happy to review client's keywords before they place their orders if they are skeptical about whether or not they ill be recognized.
I'm sorry that you were not happy with how your order turned out.
We are more than happy to answer questions for anyone before they place their orders.
