Hmm, I didn't get that problem after update. Try reinstall it, if it doesn't work contact support and they will help you out over teamviewer if needed.

If you need the job done right, you have to do it yourself; and that goes for both of us. I agree, doing the work on your own is much better because it does the work done, but sometimes we have to prioritize and trust others.

Yes there have been several updates, one recently.
If you open the software it will automatically search for updates, if not then please contact facedominatorsupport at skype and they will hook you up with the latest version.

I keep missing the India based support via skype - right now it should be within their hours, but no one is responding.

At any rate, I cannot perform the task which I bought this software for, namely, sending personalized messages to members of my connection list, as well as members of the groups I belong to.

No matter if I use a proxy or not, no matter what the length of the message, the program logs into my account (not new, it is aged) and goes through the motions, but fails to send a message.

I hate to bring support questions into the thread, but when I can't get the support through the normal channels...

Its 11.36 PM in India now. Try connecting to them on 16th Aug, 10 hrs from whatever time its now at your end.
