Looks like this package just helped me get rid of a penguin penalty.
Site was hit on nearly all keywords. I am sure it was an anchor text penalty so I used this service to balance my anchor text by selecting 100% generic anchors. I ordered this on 8th August.
Yesterday my site bounced back to similar rankings as to before the penalty.
