I used this on a site for a medium-easy keyword. I was bouncing around 5-7. I'm now sitting at #4.
When I see results posted in the sales page of keywords jumping from 50+ to page one, I was hoping for a little better of a jump.
On the positive side I'm up.

edited add: considering this is mostly white hat, I'm somewhat happier. Still was expecting a bigger jump.
Secondary keywords moved a bit more, but I wasn't too interested in the secondary keywords.

My apologies for the original mixup in my review.
