Well you simply select 1 image (in elements) and select "200 seconds/image" and generate. It will make a 200 seconds video with 1 single image.

What does my vacation have to do with this ? The purchase process is automatic, you will get an email with the software after you purchase.

No, you will need to do it manually (add 1 image, make the video, add another image, make other video)

I noticed you said the software produces videos with very small size, is the video quality affected after spinning?

And lastly, can it recreate high definition videos and still maintain the HD quality?

The software still works and yes, it's still available.
The software creates videos (slideshow image videos) with good quality and very fast.

If you spin an existing video, it will lose quality, but if you create one, it will look good.
