So why do they show different date if the expiry date is one or two years from now..? I have also seen many domain expiring in this month but check who is details they are expiring in next year or two years latter..

Good luck. In many cases registrars capture those domains for themselves and auction them off. Saw it happen with my own domains. They expired, but showed expiry date of 1 or 2 years in future. Doesn't mean anything as registrars are able to reverse their own actions.
