why don't you make a video review of your own website, post it on youtube, then send it some views, likes, comments, etc.
Many websites do that for free or cheap.. such as fiverr or enhanceviews

In the meantime do some fiverr gigs or look in the money making section for ideas to get funds to purchase your tools.
Once you have your tools then test, test and test again to ensure your system works then you should be ready to start looking for clients.

first, Know what you are doing
second, demonstrate it. Show it to your prospective client what you can offer and why you are the best option.
third, get it done
