I've never used them so I can't speak to the quality but https://getfoxyproxy.org/proxyservice/ seems to be offering Hong Kong as a location.

Oh, btw, I already have HMA Pro VPN but their Hong Kong VPNs are opened not private (not dedictayed to only one user) so not enough for my need.
