They will take your money, not provide you with a VPS, and when you request a refund, completely ignore you. Then, when you file a dispute, they'll delete your entire ticket history.

Avoid giving these scammers any money at all cost. Not to mention, their VPS isn't that great of quality and their cloned software doesn't function like it should because of the nature of account sharing via cloned accounts.

Don't ask me why I was dumb enough to even try dealing with them again. lol

OK, I will not ask you why you were dumb enough to even try dealing with them again,
but I will ask you this, why do you not post this in the appropriate shit section of BHW?

Thats Bulshit !

I am a customer over one year now. Good Service and best VPS with Tools out there.

Come on, maybe they are in holidays :)

Crap. This is my first post in a while bashing someone (maybe first time ever on bhw). I forgot there's a sh*t list. Mods, please move to the appropriate section and forgive me.

Hey, I used to give them half-decent reviews myself, as I used their servers sporadically. But the truth of the matter is that I'm not the only one who has lodged complaints against them.

And if they're on vacation, then why did they initially respond to my request, and then delete the ticket history once I finally filed the complaint?

Gotta say, crappy service, plus I don't agree with all the cracked software, rather buy my own software!

Kind of like you using all their cracked toolsets and not providing a dime to all the hard working software providers you are ripping off?

That's why I've only ever used their tools sporadically. I have over 13 legitimate versions of software, as I highly prefer those for multiple reasons, including the one you just mentioned. However, there are times when you need to test something extensively to make sure it will suit your purposes and the software provider doesn't always provide that.

Pretty unethical company to roll with as well. So don't expect them to be super customer-oriented

BHSVPS are scammers. I signed up for their service, paid, and then never received access to my VPS.

I sent SEVERAL follow emails and tickets, but never received a response. After three weeks with no response, I filed a Paypal dispute. They predictably escalated the dispute stating that there were no refunds after 24 hours according to their TOS. I won the dispute (thank you Paypal) and signed up with a more responsive VPS provider.

Stay away.

-> Deals with crackers

>> Complains they're not honest

:ugh2:

lol, well said. But, just to be clear, they don't use cracked software. They simply clone instances of their software across their servers and they all share the same login information. Not exactly the same thing, although ethically, they go hand in hand.

free copy of xtumble bot AND pinpal bot for the first person to PM me that has a BHSVPS I can log in to and investigate.

Why not just a rent a proper VPS and buy the tools and load them yourself? If you're operating in this space, that's the only way to go.

Damn I wish I had read this thread before signing up with those scammers. Now I'm out $50. What a ripoff.

You just need to weigh the fact that they base their service off of cloned "stolen" software. It's probably run by a couple of guys out of their house.

That means that you need to understand that before you sign up. Is it right for them to offer shitty customer service? No. But you aren't dealing with a huge hosting company.

You just need to decide whether putting up with that is worht it or not.
