How is this guy doing this with PPD?

I saw a video on Youtube offering a freebie using a PPD file to monetize it. He says every person who downloads gets a unique code that he will use to choose a winner. He is in the UK, I'm in the US. I have several different PPD accounts and I want to know how is he offering something different to each person who downloads? That is a sure way of knowing the participate actually downloaded. The web page to generate this unique code for every unique user after they completed the offer ( verified by postback ) can be easily done in PHP! Search on Google how or just pay a freelancer something like $50-100

I think I got confused now mate I thought you were talking about CPA + Content Locking ( although PPD is something like that anyway ). With CPA + your own locker you do what I told you above!
Now with PPD, what you can do is: code a program in VB.net which can generate an unique code which is even easier than coding in PHP lol.. This small program is almost the same with those fake generators you see around.

IMO keeping everything on website and coded there ( on PHP/HTML ) is easier then messing with downloads and generators.So if you wanna try this, I HIGHLY recommend you go my way. And also add a simple twist ( bonus from me ):
The process would go like this:

1. User comes from your YT video to your high converting and optimized download page. After they click download, they are presented with your own content locker.
2. They fill an offer and after doing that ( you confirm with postback function ) they are redirected to a simple "squeeze page" ( powered by Aweber ) which asks them for their Name/Email with the excuse that if they win, you are gonna send them further details to get the prize via email.
3. Now 2 options: Either give them the unique code via email or redirect them to another page coded in PHP which gives them the code.

It may seem a long process and boring for the user, but however its ALWAYS a win for you. Why? Because even if the user doesn't go through all of it and gets turned down by the squeeze page to further "tire" him by making him to also give his Name/Email, you already got a paying lead!!! However most of time they will go through the end simply because they want the god damn code lol ( funny what people can do for freebies ) And this time not only you get a lead, but also A LIST so send them these kind of promotions/freebies over and over again for months/years to come!

I have used this method with SUCCESS for months now, because simply I don't always want to rely on the fucking YT to bring me traffic. I rank videos then I get flagged and I have to start ranking all over again, which is very tiring and costs a lot. So like this, you need traffic just to build a good base of lists then you can market in 1 min anytime you want like a boss!!!
