My Ebay account Suspended Indefinitely!

My 12 year old account was screwed as well. In the old days, you could get it back, by meeting their conditions. You might be able to do this in some cases, so try this first.

However, you should start a stealth account whether or not you get that old account back up.

Hello, how are you doing? Can you please tell me what you mean by just buy another seller account? Is it that easy to buy another account if so please let me know how I would do that because eBay has banned me for life as well for posting two Iphone 5cs that were purchased myself on my own phone plan and I wanted to sell them both on eBay so that I could purchase two iPhone 5s in which I originally wanted but every store where I live and in the surrounding areas were sold out and on back order for 6 plus weeks. I was told by someone to sell them and buy another phone that way if I didn't want to wait the 6 pks weeks. So I did and my listings were removed and I was suspended. However, I did sell one of these iPhones. They banned me for life because apparently as a new seller I can only post one high end quality item on eBay once a month. I am in the process of fighting this suspension right now and I won't stop until I drop because this was a future for myself and my only means of income right now so they must override this suspension and allow me to contine to sell on ebay. This was a very little mistake and I cannot believe that they have banned me for this. How do I overturn their decision. I am appealing it right now but does anyone have anything that I could say or do that would help me in this situation, I would really appreciate it.

Yeah. I know how you feel OP. My account got shut down today because of an old account that I had back in 2007. Unbelievable. Oh well. On to amazon.

Ebay likes to screw people over, i had a sell limit of 15 items a month and i called them and tried to raise the limit, these assholes took one look at my account noticed something they didnt approve of and completely banned me.

If your account was permanently suspended then you need to either make or purchase a new account to get
back to selling on eBay. From now on keep several accounts aged and in stock so you do not lose your main income if one little thing
happens to any of your accounts.

Sorry to say they are right....once the close it, there is no hope of getting it back. You have to cut your losses. Start fresh and don't repete the same mistakes. You can be up and running in a few days with a new account and of course a new paypal b/c using MB is great but a lot of ebayers want to use paypal b/c they have a habit of using pp.
