Best youtube promotion?

I have started to do Youtube + PPD and I have just uploaded my first video which a some what good niche with potential to grow in popularity, I was wondering what are the best ways to promote my video to get it alot of attention? I have u2bviews and I have bought some views for it but I am looking for alternatives.

Vagex is not allowing sign ups at the moment and I have looked at enchanced views but I wanted to know which sites have worked well for you guys.

High retention youtube views. Retention is the percentage in which a viewer watches your video. The higher the retention, the higher the ranking; though there are many more factors in ranking.
