He sent a report for the distribution piece and it was very large, he blasted this everywhere so again 5/5

These forum prices are basically 0 margin for us, just work to keep my team busy and feedback to help us improve. We sell for 4-7 times as much on our site, http://infographdesign.com, and if you look around at infograph prices you will see everything starts at $1000 without even talking about distribution. There is a lot of room for margins here with people who want to resell to their clients (which many of my customers do).

Yep, that's what it's set up for. I sell for four times as much on my site and even then I am way below market rate on infographics. Just shop around a bit on typical infographic prices, they all start at 1k+ and they typically don't even include distribution.

An order was place for your service and set up through Basecamp September 18, 2013. We have received no communications from you. What is the status of this order? I asked through Basecamp yesterday the same question and no reply.

The client did receive an offer from you though yesterday at their company email address, regarding additional services they could purchase from you. You might want to not do this in the future until you can show some progress on what they have already purchased - at least some communication with them. Also, do not offer additional services to them - send them to me. They have no idea what you are offering and then I get pestered with 20 questions.

After ordering you will be sent an invite to a basecamp thread for your order. You will be able to review the infographic at each part: Content,Design and Distribution. Turnaround time will be 6-8 days for the whole process, also depending on your turnaround time for approving content/design (if you choose to do so).​

Still not one attempt at communication from you on this project. Services were purchased from you September 18 and you have not communicated through Basecamp at all about this project - or here for that matter.

It is understandable if you are behind in work or have some other legitimate excuse - but at least let people know what is going on.

The fact that the only communication you have done was to send an email outside of both Basecamp and BHW with an offer for discounted $1k links to buy looks fishy.

If I don't hear from you with a plan for resolving this lack of communication & delivery by September 28, I will be escalating this situation with whatever means available.

Couple things. One, we researched on your given topic for awhile and I have since refunded the order because there just isn't enough to make a solid infograph.
Two -- Don't put the customers email on the form if you don't want them receiving emails from me. The email sent out was sent out to all past customers, it wasn't targeted specifically to you or your customer in any way.

Hissy fit? Great way to deal with potential clients man and someone whos looking to make you money, you will surely go far in life! I'm interested in buying these in bulk for my clients its not going to effect your business in anyway apart from putting more money in your pocket!

But no odds I've found someone else to do it now!
