spot on, this is a textbook example of sockpuppet pair forum spam
one sockpuppet asks a question about whatever they want to draw attention to
the other chimes in after some responses, and says it's awesome

easily spotted though because both accounts tend to be pretty thin, and this is such a noob way of doing it

It is Jingling that a Seller on Fiverr uses to sell Traffic, he claims it is adsense safe, but I am not sure, I have, then got a refund, cos it is basically jingling, which I already have.
