I don't want any spun content pointing to my money sites but I would be willing to do it to my buffer sites if you allow more than one link. Obviously I wouldn't be taking the 45 day guarantee.

You didn't answer the other part of my question regarding how many links I could use.

As far as spun content goes, I'm fully aware it can get indexed. I don't want crappy spun content in my first tier links pointed at my sites or my clients sites. That's why I asked if you allowed more than one link.

Yes you can use as many links as you would like.
