Looking for a quality independant proxy provider - no big companies

anyone know a provider that doesn't resell, a smaller provider maybe, where proxies aren't abused like crazy.

I just want proxies for general usage, as well as scrapebox, botting, ultimate niche finder. I guess the idea is to avoid all big proxy suppliers which have proxies that have been abused for many years and are randomly banned on various platforms/services.

I don't know if I'm dreaming, but a smaller company with guys who know networking, I'd gladly support them.
