Sorry for the late review...

I ordered a custom size banner which was delivered within 24 hours. Great turnaround time. After 2 revisions which were completely free and done within a short period of time I got my banner in PSD version.

Within this PSD file I saw that there were some additional layers placed which I didn't see before. So, now I have a custom size banner which can be used with different graphic layers. Great work. Will order more probably when I have some new projects up and running.
