Uploading a video multiple times one 2 or more Accounts?

Is it allowed to upload a video on for example 2 Account and monetize it on the same adsense account?
Is it possible?
Could there be any trouble?


I know a big YouTube who does:

MovieclipsCOMINGSOON

(copy & paste) Sorry can't post links. It's the same guy. Why is he allowed to post the same videos on 2 accounts with about 2kk subs?

It's against adsense's TOS. Why do you want to upload the same vid twice? you can monetize only 1 vid.

And if I add a black screen for 3 seconds to the video. Then it won't be the same video and I could monetize both?

You risk giving your account a bad standing order..

All play right in anything you do if you want to have or build
a sustainable income..

If you are doing that, at least change the video length, title, description a bit to differentiate from them. Otherwise, use MVB or sth to get you where you want.

He is uploading 2 trailers that are exactly the same on 2 channels. And now look at his subs. Why is he allowed to do that?
