Following more than 1000 a day?

Okay, I've been wanting to know for some time now how people bypass the 1k a day follow limit?

Take a look at this guy, he some how has follow 200k+ in a day?

I have heard of a android app glitch that allows that, but I have never tried it.

Your follow limit increases as you get more followers, I think it increases to 10% if you meet a threshold or something along those lines. I'm not aware of any glitches apart from the refresh glitch back when twitter wasn't mainstream.

Im not too sure about that because i have 35k followers, i'm following 23k and somehow my limit is still 1k? Its 1k for everyone I think.

There was a guy a while ago who is pretty big on here and on other forums. You used to follow 30-50k a day and more. It went good untill he had 100 Mil. followers, then twitter supsended his account. Stuff like that is only working for some weeks, maybe 1 or 2 months if you are lucky,
