Few days ago i changed my site title and meta description. After that my top keywords ranking dropped.
Because of it, I changed to old title and meta description.but until now, keywords not ranked to first pages like before.
Its in 20 on Google result now.How to get rank like before?
Anyone have experienced with this?
Suggestion please?

Have your newest title and meta description (which matches the first one) been indexed by Google?

You wrote a book, gave it a title, wrote good information inside.

Then...you changed the title of said book, and expect Google to notice it's the same one?

Mindblown. Yes, this was metaphoric.

I changed the title of one of my sites, it was crawled, but I didn't notice a SERP change. I modified it again since then, had it manually crawl and site, and I still don't notice a SERP change.

I didn't remove my target keyword though, and I don't know if you did. Try doing a manual fetch of the site in WMT's and see if it changes position again.

Actually i didn't remove any target keywords. But keyword places (old postions) are changed in description and title.
I did fetch as Google. But position nothing changed. How long will it take to re-index site by fetch as Google

Off-Page optimization only worthful if On-Page is done properly on website. So people are more concentrate to do very good On-Page optimization. Google also consider first On-Page optimization. Now come to your point you have changed your meta details so now Google consider it when next time crawl your pages. We have also facing same issue when we redesign any website and make changes in meta details of pages our many keywords ranking also down. But don't worry just do more Off-Page optimization so you can recover your keyword ranking position in Google. To crawl fast of your page generate backlinks from high quality directory and social bookmarking websites.

Neither of the factors @OP mentioned really play a significant role in ranking. Most likely coincidence, I'd checkout what you're doing for off-site SEO, that sounds like the more likely cause.

Anymore ideas?

In my experience it is totally natural for sites to drop out of top serps for a few days - usually for one week, but sometimes longer - after you make changes to homepage structure and meta tags. If you did a good job, ranking will come back and increase. If you did a bad job, then they stay down. Changing back and forth within short time frames is not a good idea imho. Just wait 2 weeks to see results.

Changing titles of pages again and again would penalize your site.. so make sure that you are not going to change title.. so at the time of forming your title, give time, and it should not be changed in future, thinking this you should proceed.

I will get rank like before?

There has been a lot of serp movement in the last few days.. check out mozcast.. its prob just a coincidence that your site dropped after you changed your title etc when it was due to drop in rankings either way. Seems google is turning up the dial more and more lately in favour of authority sites.. that could be the reason for your drop

So, i will get keyword rank like before?

In most cases if your on site SEO ratio is at it's best you will bounce back.

Another little way to up yourself in the SERP is to build some little backlinks
and that might just be all you ever need to bounce back.

Change of Title and description is like a change of name, many people will still refer you as your old name but will get use to the new name after some time.
