Journal | Micro niche sites

Hello.
This week I am starting work on 2 new sites, I hope these 2 sites to be the beginning of a considerably big farm of sites.
The sites will be micro-niche.
Every site will contain 25 articles,
each article will be around 500 words,
it will also have a microniche keyword.
I have selected considerably good keywords for both sites, below I have put images from the sites of my competiton.
Each word has atleast 1000 searches every month, High price per click and quite a few advertisers.
I will be working with a friend and while they take care of the articles I will do the SEO part.
I think that we will develop the sites faster.
My plans are to develop the sites within 1 month and then depending on how they turn out to judge if I will sell them or keep them for myself.


Here I would also like to ask for your competent oppinion, on what price does a site like these sell while taking into account the articles, the selection of words and that it will eventually make it into the top sites on google for the given words.

Maybe somewhere from 8 to 12 times monthly revenue...

Of course that is a guide only - after all when you get them up and running they may be outright viral winners!

You can never have too much original and unique content!

25 articles are a good start. Some "gurus" would consider that authority site already. I'd say it is "mini" as micro niche sites refers to those with 3-5 pages.

Good luck. This will work. Looking at your MS screenshot, the only obstacle is DA. I don't know it SEOT is high enough that grabbing an aged domain is worth the effort and money.

I plan to buy two domains from godaddy.com
to have at least 7-8 years.
I will not buy EMD domain.

Hello. I have a question. I just checked and the domains that are several years old and they cost 30 dollars. Is there a way I can start the new sites in blogger. What do you think? Will I have any chance to qualify them? Take a look at the pictures of my competition. For example to qualify them on top positions and before selling to buy a 7-8 year old domain. Do I have a chance or do new blogger blogs not have a chance anymore?

See 25 and all is not really needed if you 10 can get you to rank for your keyword. I work strictly on keyword basis with not much focus on the longer tail keywords. I know they can be easy source of traffic but I find it hard to rank inner pages then the homepage.

For longer tail you tend to wrestle around with larger more authorative domains and it could take some effort before you start pulling in traffic. Hence, for me it is usually one keyword per site. I believe that keep building links to inner pages and homepages , eventually the whole site will rank.

UPDATE - Day 1
This is the first update.
This I intend to do today:


-Bought a .com domain (domain ages-12 years 6 months old)
-Purchase of Hosting
-Choosing a theme for my site(WP theme).
-Pointed domain to my hosting, configured wordpress and configured the theme
-Created first 5 articles: +500 words, 1 quality images + 1 youtube video + one link(per article)
-Installed
SEO Analysis Tool
WordPress SEO Plugin
SenSEO (mozilla addon)
-Add Sitemap
