The so called lifetime was just less than a year.

The fix was not made for days..New updates didn't come ages..I would like a refund on this tool.

Yes I agree that in this case - he was not explaining anything nor responding for such a long time (but he was able to) we have to get a refund for keyword scout software because it is not working.
