The percentage of rankings that should come back to you mainly depend on Google's algorithm. One thing is for sure though! After checking your site for bad links and after disavowing them you'll start regaining you rankings. Will if happen slowly or fast depends again on Google.
Also we don't remove bad links. Our service checks scrupulously all the backlinks pointing to your site and offers you a report with all the bad links that increase the penalty risk or that must be removed. All you have to do is to copy these bad links and simply disavow them. Even if we don't provide links disavow service our client support team will guide you through this process.

Hi Topcaty! At this moment our service only provides you the information regarding your backlinks: their total number and which of them represent a risk for your site and must be removed. As you mentioned, you can export a file with all the bad links and disavow them through Google disavow tool.
