BST Question

If someone donates, but is not Jr. VIP can they post on BST?

I've heard so many different things, some say yes, some no, and I've read you don't need either as long as you pay the $30...

can someone please clear this all up,

But I've heard of people who do it without having Jr. VIP...

In that case, how do I check if I have infractions?

You need to be Junior VIP.

If you are a Donor but meet the requirements for Junior VIP you can ask a MOD to switch you over and then submit a BST.

In conclusion, you MUST be a Junior VIP to open a BST.
