People have been doing this for ages. Doesn't work if you only have traffic from people searching through your commands. Can work if you use a range of search terms and you filter out the dodgy clicks with real traffic and clicks. The vast majority of people who do this will be caught and lose there account.

Really? Do you know the guy's traffic and ad conversion rates to come up with that percentage? Why not 80%? What if the guy gets 2-300 valid constant daily clicks on his ads? What if before posting facts and numbers you take a moment to think about it?

Why have you done that, supposing that you are on black hat forum, probably you have done few things that aren't completely legit, so how would you felt if someone wanted to ban your account...

He did the right thing. He is probably an advertiser himself. There is a difference between "not completely legit" and "scamming". What that guy(on microworkers) is doing is scamming money off adwords advertisers which is not blackhat, its plain and simple cheating and scamming.
Also, you are actually more instrumental in banning his account. You did it the moment you posted the screenshot here.

if i were the owner of that account i would blame you.
posting something in a forum that have more than 500k people around, did not make you think that 1/500.000 would report?

well, I posted it because I knew that he will get banned in next few days/weeks, because Google isn't stupid... And even though forum has more than 500k people here I am quite sure that not all of them will look at this post
not disputing ur reasoning, but by that same reasoning all fake traffic services on here should be banned as well as they are doing exactly the same thing... (im not into scamming style methods btw, just debating a point cos there's too many ads on tv during the movie im watching!
