I want to specifically target Dubai (UAE) views on the "GEO-Targeted Retention Views" + some 'likes' + some 'subs' ... all from that country ... Possible?

Thanks for your review. Do not order again, instead wait for 1 - 2 days to see the changes and later buy again along with likes. Try some fiverr gigs too if it is difficult keywords.
