Don't go for cheap first tell us for what purpose you need them for.
Like if you need to
SEO Dedicated/shared are fine as well (not for all purposes but usually)
Social media Dedicate proxies are the way to go.
Web surfing both fine.

if you are normal user shared proxies are fine.
If you are a moderate / heavy user dedicated proxies are good to go.

I'm using shared private proxies from buyproxies.org. They are excellent. They aren't the cheapest around, but it's worth the extra cash imo. When you first buy the proxies they will ask you want you want to use them for. I'd imagine it's so they don't have 3 people who all want to use SB ending up with the same proxies. So thats another plus, you probably don't have to share the proxies with people who are doing the same thing you are, thus you don't end up with proxies that are banned all the time. I can tell you that my proxies have never been banned yet.

It'll be better to find a proxy provider that offer money back guarantee within a testing period so that you'll be able to check them with Scrapebox proxy checker and if they are fast and passed Google tests then you found the right provider
