I am basically wanting to create a content locked page for PPD. (The site would not actually host any material, the "links" under the locker are just plain old text not linking to anywhere). I can imagine me getting a few DMCA requests anyway. If i comply with these requests will this be a problem for you on your end? Or is it OK?
