Best tool for social bookmarking sites

What's the best tool out there for posting on social bookmarking sites (Pligg)? I have Scrapebox, but I don't think it can do that.

They already in market for many years and still continue updating the software. One of the best must have SEO tool.

SB Bomber is the Best SB Tool for me because it has Built in Site list and updated daily.
But today I think the creator (Clyde) no longer update the list :\
