I have a website ~20,000 uniques/mo making $450-$550/mo all adsense income. Traffic is from UK.

Earnings:

Jan: 200 eur
Feb: 338 eur
Mar: 357 eur
apr: 370 eur
May: 410 eur
Jun till date: 110 eur

please let m know how much will it go for?

Sites like this are quite popular. I've converted your earnings into USD for the purpose of a valuation (I always give a number in $).

I would expect you would get somewhere between $10k-$12k depending where you sell.

Hey,

I have 2 separate questions:
1. I have a domain which is 10 years old (archive.org first crawled it in december 2003) and has a PR2. Just got it from a friend, the name doesn't mean anything and it's not brandable, but I'm thinking that there's some value in the age. Can this be flipped for more than $10?
2. Full website, MNS, first on google for a keyword with 14.800 broad matches, 3.600 exact matches. Also ranks in top 10 for another 3-4 related keywords. Amazon aff - only 5 orders in the last month ($5), another 2 aff that are both getting at least 5 clicks a day (one usually goes above 5 clicks) but low conversion and adsense with about $0.5 per day. I'm sure that this can be monetized better than this, I just don't have the time to work with it. Traffic about 90 UV per day (can go to 80 or it can go to 100). What do you think?

Maybe so, but I can't think of many examples of "corporate idiots" buying personalised blogs. They tend to overpay for rapidly growing technologies, not small blogs, unfortunately

I made around $2500 since I founded the website in May, and I have recently found a provider to split the profits 50/50 with. Haven't made much money at all the past few weeks though, even though I am still ranking high.

It's a year old, PR1, gets about 10K visitors, 20K pageviews a month. All organic from search engines, it ranks well for several niche keywords.
It has unique content, great niche, lots of backlinks.

I don't really have it monetized, but I think it could do well. I'd like to get $2K for it.

Any idea what this could be worth?

You need some more history with a site in this niche - they come up all the time on Flippa. Anything reliant on a script can be hard to sell, too, as there's quite a lot of risk it may no longer work.

I have an ecommerce website in one little specific niche, products I am selling are virtual credit cards, virtual bank accounts and verified paypal accounts. Now the problem is that I'm having problem with paypal because of my country (which is not accepted in paypal to receive payments), so I'm using fake information on my paypal account (registered through private private proxy with USA address and verified it using virtual bank accounts), I had several such kind of accounts and all of them get limited after few transactions.

So I can't really collect payments, however website receives organic traffic, and I'm receiving orders from which 90% are being cancelled because of problem with paypal and if I had a chance of solving payment problem, it would made around 1,000$-1,300$ profits monthly.

I'm thinking about renting this website to my competitor (know few of them personally), so that they can use their own paypal accounts to receive payments and stuff and pay me some monthly fee for this, like 30% of sales for example. And after 2-3 month's of good profit history, I could list website on flippa, of course I'm going to include all providers (people from who I buy the stuff that later I sell) and just everything this website needs to work.

Assuming website makes 1,000$ profit monthly, what you guys think, how much can I sell it for now? how much can I sell it if I rent it to someone just for collecting profit history? Is there anything else I can try?

Hey, just wondering how much my site would be worth, it is in the top 3 spot for some good keywords such as fights, fight videos etc it gets roughly around 4-6k unique per day coming from search engines, Facebook the site is roughly around 2 month old and has over 500k page views and makes around on average 250 gbp per month via adsense and $80 usd per week via mylikes, the site would also come with a Facebook page with 15k likes on it which are all real and active likes.

I know with the right monetization someone could really bank off it as the site has grown really fast.

Monthly Income:1100-1400$ in profit. If you decide to do the work yourself and not outsource you can make even more money but that requires more effort.

Time needed to work everyday:The websites requires no work at all. Everything is outsourced completely. I get the orders and pass them on to a 3rd party that completes the work. I purchase a few articles for 5$ each and add one weekly to the website's blog. You literally spend just 30 minutes a day of work

Monthly Expenses:30$ for hosting + articles

Monthly Visitors:Around 1200-1700 UV

Traffic Source: All traffic comes from search engines for buying keywords or return customers


Is flippa a good place to sell such a website? are SEO websites are even in demand nowdays?

To be honest, it's not worth anything until you sort out your payment processing issues. Once that's done and running properly I could give you a better idea what it might be worth.

Probably around $6000 - I'd probably need more info to give you a more detailed valuation, though.
