Is hostgator down now?

Kinda funny... now i get to see how many other sites i use on a day to day basis are hosted on hostgator. Iwriter and serpbook are down.

Had a ppc campaign running since last night.. gah. Gotta love paying money to send people to a page that does not exist.

I can handle downtime.. its part of life. An email sent out to all customers would have been nice. At least then some of us could have redirected traffic.

I am using VPS account.
My WHM panel, VZ panel, websites etc all are down.

I tried their live chat system but it won't load either.

Anyone else having this problem?

EDIT: It's official that they are down. If your website is down too, don't panic.

P.S: This is like 3-4 times in last 30 days for me

P.S.S : Now, I am started to lose money (Anyone else ? )

I am with JustHost and all my sites have been down since 12:45pm (GMT) including justhost.com site has been down too (but it keeps coming back then disappears again...)

I am not glad about that bro. I am seriously considering to shift to a new hosting because after the migration is done, my sites are down everyday or getting a database connection error which is more annoying. its not possible to have a close look all day long whenever the site is down. Hostgtaor used to be good hosting earlier but right now its not good for me. BTW hostwinds VPS isn't bad either , i have used them for years.

Hostgator's been slow as hell all year... When I thought about switching, they returned to normal and had been for the last couple of months... But now this.

Guess it's finally time. Any suggestions? Looking for quality over price.

This is getting way too annoying... This may be an uncommon event but I also get downtime periods very frequently for other random reasons, certainly this year is no longer a 99.9% uptime hosting.
