Fair price for high PR domains?

Is there a rule of thumb on what's a fair price for a real PR4, PR5, PR6, etc domain?
Assuming it has banklinks, is listed in google, etc.

i don't think there's set value. Except the PR itself, lots more domain individual factors are taken into consideration for forming the price

Exactly. Some factors that may get involved;

Domain age
Backlinks quality (ie: are they easy to be removed)
Page authority
DMOZ listed (Yes or no)
EMD (yes or no)
# of times it dropped befoe
Domain extensions (we all know TLD is better than something like .info)
Brandable? (yes or no)

And probably a lot more.

Good points. I've noticed most high PR domains seem to be junk. Almost no links, etc.

That's because the good ones aren't easily available.

Yup. Or they are probably picked up before release for public.

You can easily fake a PR of a site with 301 redirects. After the sucker buys the domain the seller kills the link juice and you are left with an overpriced reg fee worth domain
