Keyword Snatcher is what i use and it is best for long tail keywords and to get exact searches.

Hi, A great idea is called Market Samurai. It is pretty deep like scrapebox, but is primarily for keyword research. According to the Samurai, good keywords are comprised of 4 things....Relevance, Traffic, Competition, and Commerciality. If all of these are all in check then you got a winner. If not, you could dump all your hard work in the trash. I highly recommend it if you want to laser target your stuff.
