Some viewers can't Download from PPD - what to do?

hey, I started with youtube and PPD one week ago and some people left me a comment that they
can't download or don't know how to get the file... Should I worry about this and maybe change
something? I use CF and this are my stats so far:

No, you can't do anything. If they can't complete offers it's not your problem, it's country problem also some people are lazy in completing surveys and they say "I can't complete offers".

Thats normal and $0.24 EPC is ridiculously good.

other option is use multiple ppd sites so you have better chances of users seeing an offer/completing one

The same thing is happening with me for Sharecash. Some guy commented that he couldn't compete a offer. I was getting downloads and visitors from lots of different countries, but nothing now even though there are more visitors and clicks. I think it's Sharecash's offers.
