Where to find services for SEO for a complete site

I've got a site with a bunch of posts that I want to rank in Google for their specified keywords. So each URL has a keyword that I want to rank, and I was wondering if there are any services where you could upload a sitemap or do mass URL and keyword combinations.

I've already used SEO Alchemy and I'm just waiting for the results, but I'd like to do some other things at the same time. So does anyone have any recommendations for services where you can do a bunch of different URL and keyword combinations?

I guess I could buy a bunch of different services for fairly cheap over at Fiverr. I'll check it out and see what I can find.
