why cheap ?? why is it not good that the hosting plans are cheap and affordable.
payment options? only paypal at the moment.
DMCA? we totally ignore DMCA but if there is any content related to Russian federation and Russian courts ask me to remove the content then I have to take down your site.
What is your "Acceptable Use" policy? we don't allow spamming, phising, child porn, hacking, scamming.

april outages was due to the old DataCenter which was in Luxumbourg, they have some network issue, so we moved from there, now Russian network is much better, I am not saying that there is no downtime, because in the end all these are machines and there can be a problem in network or in machine, but yes we are trying to provide the best possible uptime.

well at any time you got some issue with hosting just open a support ticket, and at anytime you feel that the hosting is not good enough for you then just open a support ticket for refund, and you will get a full refund within 24 hours,
Note: refund policy is only in 30 days of your purchase.

yeah no isssues you can host unlimited sites on unlimited account much more then 10 sites, there is no limit of hosted sites
